keep wandering away

Lord, please help me- i keep repeating the same sins again and again. i feel i'm kicking you in the face repeatedly. i'm so sorry, but sometimes it seems like i'm on a downward spiral and have to hit bottom before i come back again. am sorry for doing this to you. am so sorry. please help me maintain a stable relationship with You. in Your Precious Son Jesus's Name i pray this. Amen
