Original Prayer

Hi, I'm Shasa and im 15 come from a reasonably small Elim church in essex in a town called Chelmsford. I have been going to this place for the last 14 years of my life but just 3 -4 months ago i decided to take being a christian seriously. So God lead me to turn away from sin and dedicate my life whole heartedly to Him. He has moved amazingly in my life since that descision point and ive got involved in teaching within the church and have really been walking with God closer each day. The Holy spirit put in me the desire to speak in tongues and has helped me to grow within this gift as i have prayed for it. I also feel although i am not certain, that God wants to use me in the area of healing. I ask you to pray for this as i am a person of weak faith although i pray that God strengthen me in that area. Last weak God really encouraged me as i was having a really hard time praying in tongues. he sent a guy called Samuel to preach at my church who spoke on praying in the spirit and i beleive that that was a word the God had for me. he also gave a prophetic word that deeply moved me.. He said that God wanted to use the church as a miracle center. That really stired something deep within me. He said that prayer is very important at this time and that spiritual warfare should be taken very seriously. Therefore i pray for a break thru in spiritual warfare and praying in the spirit so that God's will can be carried out for each individual and for the whole church. How gr8 would it be for the church to become a miracle centre. Please pray for this and for spiritual gifts to be poured upon God's people. We want to be shining lights for him in Jesus name. Keep on going for God!

Father i lift up Shasa to you, Father i thankyou so much for who she is, and for who you are raising her up to be, Father i thankyou that even through her doubt she has great faith and that you are going to use that for your glory! Lord i pray that you would pour out your Spirit onto Shasa and also her church, i pray that you will continue to challenge her and mould her into the woman of God that you are making her. Father i pray your blessing into her life, i pray that she will be a catalist for bringin ppl into your presense and that you will use her by your grace and in your power to reach the ppl in her life, her family and her town. Bless her beyond belief Daddy! Shine your light on her and draw her deeper into your presense. Keep going girl!!Your post stirred the spirit deep within me and i beleive that God may well bless you with the gift of healing, obv i dont know you and youll have to test that but i know that he is longign to use you in his power - the same power that raised Christ from the dead! Glad to hear it!!! It's always great to hear of new Christians, even the ones of us who have been in a church setting all their life. Don't ever stop preaching the message; if you only turn one person to God in your life you have done amazingly. After all, life is priceless.
