Hello everyone Having heard samples of Mike's recordings including 'There Are A Few Of My Favourite Hymns, I realised that Mike Redway has a fine singing voice, been able to handle pop standards and ballads with Great sensitivity. I first heard Mike on Embassy records. My cousin bought them . Slowly, I am accumulating a collection of his Embassy singles. The label was underated because it was a budget label exclusively sold in Woolworth's Stores (record buyers' snobbery) made by Oriole. Maureen Evans recorded for Embassy then went on to make a big hit with 'Like I Do' on Oriole. Wanted: Mike Redway If You Gotta Make A Fool Of Somebody b/w Kay Barry It's My Party -Embassy W.B.571 Ron Harbidge
