Comment:	This is a really big issue that cuts to the heart of our current generation. Here are some facts about fatherlessnes from the states and the fact that there are very few facts about the U.K. shows how little research has been done. http://www.photius.com/feminocracy/facts_on_fatherless_kids.html I grew up without my real dad as we left the home with my mum when I was 2 years old. I am 38 now and have been re-united with my dad. I have learnt myself with the grace of God and the exampling of Family from my church how to be a dad myself. Now I have a 6 and 11 year old myself and we foster new born babies. Are you mad I hear you cry! But when you find the father that is God you can find the father in you! God had re-parented me and it's been a painful journey but one that has been worth it. Worth it for me but more than that, worth it for my children who will hopefully know what it means to be fathered.
