Comment:	This is Billy's follow-up to his timeless, unforgettable debut with top hit "Heavenly Father". In fact this second helping came 2 years after the debut album. The very talented Wayne Kirkpatrick's mellow #, "A Heart Like Mine" is quite the stand out song; it's probably my fave. "Out of the Blue" could be interpretated 2 ways; man to GOD & man to woman. Top ccm songwriter Chris Eaton supplies the song, "Centered on YOU"; btw Chris also released a debut this same year. Several talented bgvs are heard on this album; BeBe Winan, Billy Crockett, Chris Eaton (to name some). The songs on this album seem to miss the hit mark so-to speak unlike his first release.
