Interesting to read again of this topic once so prominent in religious circles and to have have such direct and relevant questions answered.Whatever ones ideas are on what happened all those years ago the problems covered there are still current in this world. There are still questions we all need to answer individually and situations we need to work through. I remember being 'surprised' Terry's release and and that prayers-perhaps faint-as time in captivity lengthened and things went to some extent on the back burner of the mind ,so to speak, but feeling that prayer had been answered, God was still there, above all this. It reminds me of another incarceration, that of Gilda Shalit the young Israeli soldier ( whom I along with many others prayed for personally at his father booth of vigilance in Jerusalem). God is there and hears and answers prayer. He survived and came out a changed man but alive. Terry mentions the Israel and Palestine dispute sltill ongoing as years roll on. There is still a battle raging, sore in many places and hearts of men. But let us keep the faith and take our place be it prominent or hidden in the field. 'The fields are white unto harvest'. Let us go out and go on with the labourers taking inspiration from what has gone before and looking th our Great God who makes all things new.
