For those with ears to hear, it's now being acknowledged in church circles that one of the most anointed and powerful worship anthems of recent times is the glorious live version of "I Speak Jesus" on the Charity Gayle album 'Endless Praise'.

Charity lives in Buffalo, New York. There, she and her husband Ryan Kennedy are cultivating a 24-hour prayer and worship movement called GatherHouse and with her second album 'Endless Praise' currently in Britain's Official Christian & Gospel Chart it's clear that this anointed singer, choir director, worship leader and clinician at numerous churches and events is now making an international impact on today's Church.

Charity was a part of a culture that thrives in the spirit of unity while celebrating diversity. Surrounded by worship and the Word, her love for praising Jesus through music grew as she did. One of her favourite things growing up in Buffalo was watching her mother direct choir at Thursday night choir practice. By the age of 16, she was directing multiple choirs herself. She commented, "I love harmonies in gospel music. I think about Heaven being full of every type of voice from every nation, finding their part and praising God at the top of their lungs together around the throne." Charity spent two years in Nashville in 2014 and 2015 where she learnt the craft of writing songs for
the church. Focusing on bridging the gap between worship and gospel music, she wrote songs like "Psalm 100 (Enter In)", "Cleansed" and "New Name Written Down In Glory". In 2018 Charity's debut album 'Lord, You Are My Song' was a major success. A Deluxe version of 'Lord, You Are My Song' was released in 2021 and later that year "Thank You Jesus For The Blood" - a Cross Rhythms radio hit - was released. Charity co-wrote the song "Benediction (As You Go)" featured on Selah's Dove Award-winning 'Firm Foundation' album.

'Endless Praise' seems set to be an even bigger success than her first. Produced by Kyle Lee, the 12-song collection is a labour of love that took two-years in the making. Written by Charity Gayle, Ryan Kennedy, Crystal Yates, Steven Musso and David Gentiles, the title track is one of many powerful songs. She said, "All I can say is God is so, so faithful. Two years of pouring into this album and God gets ALL of the credit. This has been a marathon of growth, pursuit, worship and falling deeper in love with God. I'm so humbled. Honoured. Blown away. Ready." CR
