Like 'Praise Workout 1', this compilation is meant to fuse two activities, worshiping God and engaging in energetic aerobics. It doesn't really work very well as either for in the former there is no room for the slow or meditative while for the latter the music here simply isn't rhythmic enough to make good aerobics fodder. One-paced, manipulative and pretty unmemorable.
