More explosive, fun and uplifting hip-hop from the Tampa, Florida-based emcee featuring high quality production plus a mix of guests, styles and lyricism. To kick off his latest project we have "It's Going Down" featuring renowned gospel singer Canton Jones. The kick beat and electronic fusions and vocals will have you jumping around with this infectious tune as KJ rocks the party. "Brand New Day" is similarly dance-driven with a real pop-edge while the excellent "They Like Me" features gospel rap's biggest star Lecrae and an overdriven guitar. There is a telling message in the rap, too - "I don't do black music, I don't do white music, I do fight music. Unified in Christ music. . ." KJ-52 brings a redeemed "drop it like it's hot" vibe to "Superhero" with references to various DC comic figures but pointing to God as THE Superhero. Scratching and vocal noises help the track stand out. The title track is a worship number while "Facemelt" delivers distorted guitars and a catchy chorus. There's even a Hillsong United remix in the semi-trance dance-out "Go".

Product Description
Leaving behind all inhibition, KJ-52 is charging back into the scene with his anticipated new release, Dangerous.

Picking up where his Dove Award-winning Five-Two Television (2010 Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year) left off, Jonah Sorrentino (a.k.a. KJ-52) is back and bold as ever with his passionate call to be Dangerous. Having overcome many obstacles in his career with over 550,000 albums sold, the rapper cries out for people to be real, to share the love of Christ with others without restraint.

Teaming up with producers Ted T (Mute Math, Stacie Orrico) and Aaron Sprinkle (Jeremy Camp, Anberlin, Kutless), KJ-52 has outdone himself once again. He is known in the industry as an excellent performer, producer, and songwriter, and this release reaffirms all of the above.
