Can anybody play the mandolin that fast? Sounds like they've hired superhero The Flash to play mandolin and piano on this opening cut, and what about the harmonica? It would seem safe to assume that the individual on the 'moothie' has got the lung capacity to suck a tennis ball through a garden hose! Yes-sir-ee, Jeff and Sheri Easter belt out the first song "There Is A Way" in whip-cracking, hyper-speed hillbilly style and open a fine album of country music delivered by the likes of Glen Campbell and Barbara Fairchild. Dennis Parker's new country rock version of "Just Over In The Gloryland" catches the same kinda feel as Steve Earle's excellent 'Guitar Town' album...it's how country music was meant to be played. So for an album that gives some hope to country gospel again, check out 'Country Hope' - it's a good 'un.
