The soundtrack of "a hilarious new comedy", it's of marginal interest to Christian music buyers, if only for the chance to hear Amy Grant singing "Love Me Tender", not to mention Ricky Van Shelton doing "Wear My Ring Around Your Neck" and Bono performing, ahem, "Can't Help Falling In Love". If the idea of a bevy of pop and country stars (Bobby Joel, Brian Ferry, Dwight Yoakam and Willie Nelson are some of the artists featured) doing souped-up versions of old Elvis songs appeals, you might want this. Personally, I found it all rather tacky.
