This is a very 'nice' collection of 12 songs emphasising the joy that the love of the Lord brings, featuring such luminaries as Bryn Haworth, Dave Bilbrough and Ben and Roy Castle to name but a few. Individually, the songs are well performed and produced and the strength of the message within them cannot be overemphasised. Collectively however, 45 minutes of relatively similar lyrics at a safe pace and tempo does make the overall package wane. The vitality of Matt Redman's "Happy Song" and the soulful "Shout It Out" from Sue Rinaldi were the highlights of the album for me, with the low lights unfortunately being the Songs Of Fellowship contributions which do not really come across when compared to singing such within a live congregation, people who choose the music they listen to by the lyrical content will undoubtedly enjoy this album and may already have some of the tracks, but I doubt whether they or many others will really be too concerned about adding this to their collection.
