you know what.... his faith just makes him more beautiful. ive watched this guy on love island and i just thinkl...hes a strong man cos he knows whats right and wrong,,, and he seeems to stand by it..definately know where hes coming from. straight from the heart. praise god.. and all who walk in jesus name. amen. ... forgive my ramblings,,, i do go on! lol.xxx

I think Shane is being a real amazing example on 'Love Island', everyone can see there is something special about him and he brings out the best in people, I love watching the effect he has on everyone, Go Shane!!

I think the fact that hes a christian is so great! im a christian and always thought he seemed a really nice genuine guy, that fact hes now a christian is amazing, i am very happy for him.

Does anyone think that Shane appearing on 'Love Island' is a bit weird cosidering he is a Christian? I hope he is a true example on there!

I'm so happy Shane has such a strong faith in Jesus, I too live by my faith and used to pray when i was younger (as a fan of boyzone!) that Shane would accept Jesus as his saviour, Don't under-estimate the power of prayer! its fantastic. hes so changed now its amazing you can really see his beautiful heart :)

I think it's kewl that he is happy. Boyzone is past now, so it's wicked he is happy with Religion. He still rocks my world :D

Its a better trade off from what he was. That pill popping bad boy image didnt suit a teeny bopper boyband. Boyzone wasnt exactly rock n roll.

Hi, it's me again. Just heard that Shane may be one of the celebrities appearing on the upcoming Celebrity Love Island! Surely Shane is a better person than that. I'm a committed christian, certainly not boring and definitely open minded to new experiences but would find it difficult to spend time with such shallow, egotistical type people. Or, is Shane going to attempt a cunning plan and try to convert them to better ways! PLEASE don't do it!! What do other people think?
By the way, still struggling in fitting 2 very large German Shepherd Puppies in my TT! Help!!!

I too watched Shane in the Games 2004 and the recent Champion of Champions. His beautfiul eyes and wonderful smile said it all! He's happy. You also made me happy just watching and listening to you. But Shane, can you tell me how I can comfortably fit 2 very large German Shepherds into a TT Roadster! I'm certainly getting some very funny looks! Enjoy life Shane!

Having watched Shane on live tv for the 2004 Games and this years Champion of Champions I can say that he came across as a really great person. He was fantastic in his events but has a great personality. Even my Dad who thinks looks indicate a persons character realised that he stood out as a nice guy! He is also extremely gorgeous and I had a great evening watching him in Sheffield!

as a born again christian myself i think its grreat that shane has found happiness ive been watching him on love island and you can see how he has a great l0ve for other people how the others resond to him with respect hes not afraid tostand up for his faith he is a great witness to everyone watching wish there were more like you out there shane and your still gorgeous inside and out
