Why is everyone blaming Rory for this?? Is it really his fault?
What about Wendy, does she not play a part in this break up? I think people should look deeper and see where the fault actually lies!!!

Indeed it takes 2 to make, or break, a relationship. But whatever the provocation only we are responsible for those decisions and actions we take as a result . And sadly, here, Rory and the lady concerned appear to have taken most unfortunate action. Unless Wendy offers further comment - and why should she - we cannot know and should not presume to judge. We surely pray for all 3, and for God TV.

I choose to forgive Rory. I wouldn't want him back as a husband though and I don't want him back on God TV. A a person though I pray God's grace will reach him because we all need mercy and we have all fallen short. I also agree with the other women who know that men get away with these affairs all the time. It is the women who suffer. I hope Wendy makes a new life without Rory and even marries someone better.

A very wise article. It is encouraging to hear again the image of the True Father from the story of the 'prodigal son' or perhaps as we should we call it the prodigal Father. God Bless you Chris for writing it.

May we all uphold this couple in prayer at this time. So humbled to see Wendy minister at this time. We are but earthen vessels (2 Cor 4:7) but the treasure remains the same. In our weakness there is great strength.

Nice article on the Father' s love for many in the churches still do not understand the immense love He has for each one of His sons and daughters. Something we will be wanting to teach better in the fellowships around the world to million of orphans (spirit's wise) which turns the remaining finger back unto itself, the church. Are we teaching this stuff?

Why do we feel the need to judge, or explain (well I understand on behalf of those who feel let down), but I do not. The only difficulty here is that this is someone who is respected! Of ycourse it is likely horrendous for Wendy how she will feel, I can't imagine!

A man. A human man! Surely it is not difficult to understand? Sad, but true. His walk back will be entirely up to him and I am certain, this has been most grievous for them both.

God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or imagine, according to his power (his power) that is at work within us.
The mind is the battlefield.Pray that the eyes of our heart may be enlightened, that we may know THE HOPE that is set before us.Ephesians.
Jesus said" the scripture cannot be broken".
I pray for hope and a future for you all.

Thank you for sharing your heart.
I am in agreement with you and pray God restores Rory to Himself, and their marriage. May they know a greater blessing than the former.

Another blokes leaves his wife for another woman.. what a surprise!!! What makes this sad, is that people actually thought that those high upon the 'important' list, weren't just actual human beings, but of divine grace..... turns out there isn't such a thing as divine grace for man.. only 'man gets what he wants regardless'.... which about sums up God's love for all those women who have been dumped after fighting and striving for their marriages, just when they need them the most... Does God (who is 'love') get joy out of men running off, because it IS God, who puts love in the heart... so there you have it; another marriage on the burner... Sometimes I think that God doesn't reallygive two hoots about women, because it seems to me that men pretty much get away with everything; and it's always the women that suffer because of them..

With God all things are possible. It is my prayer and hope that this situation will be turned on its head and work out for good for Rory, Wendy and family. God is near the broken- hearted and knew about all this before we did and before it happened. So I trust that by His grace and through the upholding prayers of the saints there will be forgiveness and restoration in Jesus' Name.
