Gareth Davies-Jones releases new album, plans 10th anniversary tour

NORTHUMBERLAND-based singer/songwriter Gareth Davies-Jones has released a new independent album, 'Now But Not Yet'. It was recorded at The Foundry Music Lab in Motherwell, Scotland. Topics tackled on the album include a tribute to international children's education advocate Malala Yousafzai, the story of an unexploded First World War mine and the iconic light of Rua Reidh in North West Scotland. Joining Gareth on the recording was daughter Bronwen Davies-Jones who sang backing vocals.

In March 2014 Davies-Jones will be marking his 10th year as a professional musician by undertaking a summer and autumn tour. He said, "I will bring together material from all my past recordings, visit venues old and new and collaborate with musicians that have played a part in my career to date and those who have influenced me along the way."
