Chris Mercer to play Uganda in December.

CELTIC and country-orientated singer Chris Mercer, whose 'Whispers Of His Grace' album, produced by Sammy Horner, was recently released independently, will be flying to Uganda in December. The event Chris will be singing at on 31st December will be before an expected crowd of 140,000.
