Expansion of festival to the Midlands area

CROSS RHYTHMS FESTIVAL is expanding to the Midlands with the announcement of 'Cross Rhythms '96: Roots And Branches' to be held on 4th and 5th October at Dudley Castle. Already confirmed for the event are Viola (Sweden), Nuffsed (UK) and Tom Brock (Hawaii). A substantial bill of artists/speakers will be announced shortly.
The festival has grown out of the annual Roots And Branches one-day event and like that event will be co-sponsored by Willenhall Christian Fellowship. Said Chris Cole about the initiative, "The thinking behind Cross Rhythms: Roots And Branches is to build into the local church and put on an event where churches can steward the lives of those touched at the event."
