The late Karen Sibilia remembered on new album

SINGER/SONGWRITER Karen Sibilia, best known for her work with Tony Loeffler And The Blue Angels, had her posthumous album 'Deeper Still' released through Lord & Associates on 18th June 2011. Said Loeffler about the late songsmith, "Karen worked with me in some of the toughest prisons, street locations, mission centres, churches and festivals in the USA, England and Switzerland, never complaining. Karen was amazing and we will miss her till we meet again in Glory. Not only did Karen teach us how to worship, be a friend, a good mom or good wife but she taught us how to die with dignity." CR

It is a great honor for me to have recorded and mixed this CD at my studio in S. Florida. The first day I met Karen confirmed that this project was going to be a very special experience. Karen’s songs are extremely personal and very much her testimony to God’s faithfulness. During my days of working with her testified to her steadfast love and faith in her Lord in spite of going through extremely personal trials and tribulations. If you listen with ears to hear, it becomes apparent during songs like “Faithful to Me” that she was singing about her deep trust in her Lord. Karen was a very special person who daily lived the words she sang on this CD. I cannot express the joy it brings me to know that she lives on in the songs on this CD. Lastly, all I can say is thank you to the world class musicians that contributed to this very special musical testimony of a woman who truly loved Jesus.

It was my honor to participate in Karen's CD Release party, the CD is amazing, the songs bring me into the presence of God and are such a comfort and a hope, she was a truly gifted saint and a blessed friend and sister in the Lord, looking forward to our heavenly re-union.

It's impossible to listen to this CD and not be uplifted and inspired. The depth of her lyrics meets the emotion felt through her voice as you realize what a god gifted talent Karen truly had. Excellent and hope instilling album.

The end product of this project has overwhelmed me. The quality of the musicians performance, the message in the songs, even down to the artwork. What really amazes me though is Karen's performance. Without the luxury many times of take after take Karen had. Race against time and performed courageously. Her last vocals were done in her living room because she was not well enough to venture away from the house. You can detect a slight weekness in her voice with "I Have To Believe" but as I listen I wonder where she drew her strength. Within a week of that session Karen lost her singing voice. It is as if the purpose of her remaining days were fulfilled. Thank you Lord for the honor of knowing Karen. This music will especially be helpful to those who are grieving, especially the title song "Deeper Still".

It was a true honor to have played on Karens CD. She was inspiring as a singer and her love for God could be felt in every word she sang.

When I was invited to record in this project, I felt the Spirit of the Lord telling me "you have to do this". It wasn't an easy deal. I was on vacation in Colombia South America and I didn't have anything with me. I called a couple of friends for a guitar an a studio and finally were able to record the track.
Once I heard Karen's final take on the cd I realize the kind of gift GOd had given her and I was double blessed by knowing I was part of such a beautiful worship offering.

I spent only one evening, at one dinner with Karen, and other Brothers and Sisters involved with her project. I will NEVER for get that time together. The Holy Spirit used Karen's voice, and seared both her voice and her message of Praise, Gratitude and Honor to our Father, God and what He has done for all of us through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ
