Shope releases single, a sonic bridge on Western and African cultures

Expressing Regret

CANADA-based rapper Shope has released a single, "Sorry". He said, "The song came from a very deep and personal place. Sometimes the pain you cause can be so deep, only the long road is left. You can't fast-track healing, so you can't get tired of saying sorry. As always, I continue to sonically bridge my Western and African cultures, although 'Sorry' decidedly sits very comfortably in my Nigerian pocket. That being said, western ears (and feet) can still find something to enjoy in the song." CR
