Croatia gets second visit from singer Garth Hewitt

SINGER/SONGWRITER Garth Hewitt has recently returned from a second visit to Osijek in Croatia on behalf of Amos Trust, where he did a weekend of concerts and special events organised by the Evangelical Theological Seminary of Osijek. On his first visit to Croatia in 1994, Garth visited some of the war zone areas such as Pakrac and Lipitz. Garth was very shocked by what he saw. After hearing the story of Bosnian Muslim refugees and seeing first hand the deliberate targeting of women, children, schools, old peoples homes and the fabric of society, by the Serb forces, he wrote the song "So This Is War" which featured on his album 'Stronger Than The Storm'.
