Ahoskie-based CJ Ballance set to release first album

A NEW gospel singer CJ Ballance has his first album 'If God Said It' released by Gospel Visions Entertainment in January 2011. The project is produced by Thurman Lee and contains a track with the young singer dueting with Rev Franklin Williams, CJ's pastor at Canaan Missionary Baptist Church in Ahoskie, North Carolina. Said CJ, "Singing with my pastor was great. But we sing a lot together in church so it wasn't new to me singing with him on this record. When I sing, I am in a world where nothing can go wrong."
