Ooberfuse's Cherrie Anderson to represent UK in WYD competition

A SONG by Cherrie Anderson, of pop dance team Ooberfuse, has been chosen to represent the UK in a global Catholic song contest for World Youth Day (WYD) 2011. The event will be held over six days from 16th to 21st August in Madrid, Spain. Cherrie's "Faith In You" will compete against entrants from United States, France, Venezuela, Argentina, Italy, Spain and many other nations. Said Cherrie, "I really hope people like the track enough to give it their vote. It is a song that reflects upon my experience of the faith and my personal encounter with Jesus." CR
