This is probably the best Christian rock CD I've reviewed this year (Kairos came a close second). The opening title track has a Nickleback feel to it, with a Muse tinge to the vocals (without being so space-rocked out). The empty verse and rocked-out chorus approach works very well, especially as the "ups" are so uplifting. Overall, the guitar work is very good with some of the overlays working very well indeed - the mix is great and overall this is quality rock music. Aside from "The Harder...", "Make Believe" is very good, with a Snow Patrol drive to it, but basically there's not a duff track here at all and the band do have a sound of their own. Get in on the ground floor and investigate this EP.
