Another excellent new singer pitching to break through into the mainstream, Midlands-based Bayli, otherwise known as Susana, has an excellent voice, able to glide with sinuous soulfulness over the finger-snapping hip-hop-tinged R&B groove of "In Other Words" put together by American producer Lotek. Impressive, though not immediate enough to garner the all important radio play. But this and the two acoustic songs here show the lady sure can sing. With the right song.
