Nashville-based McClarney is, of course, the composer of the worship classic "Your Love Never Fails". This live album, recorded at the 2015 Jesus Culture Sacramento Conference, comes with high expectations. . . and delivers! With a voice sounding like Kings Of Leon's Caleb Followill, Chris offers emotion aplenty and his passionate worship really begins to get under your skin after a few plays. Examples of the album's jaw dropping moments include "All Consuming Fire" exploring God's reverence, the yearning of "God Of Miracles" and the highly infectious "Beauty For Ashes". For me the song that is guaranteed to compel the listener to turn the volume up and enter into worship is "On Earth As It Is In Heaven". On this sublime track Chris is joined by Jesus Culture's Kim Walker-Smith. If there's been a better live worship album released in the last year or two, I've yet to hear it.
