Lively selection of old and new songs and dances of Israel. The set kicks off with the title track, which sets the scene for good things to come, "Let's rejoice and be merry/Let's sing, arise brothers, with joy in your hearts." "Nigun Atik" finds its source in a melody from the Chassidic religious group, delightfully East European in its atmosphere. "Eretz Zavat Halav (The Land Flows With Milk And Honey)" is typically catchy and highly memorable. "Hava Netze Bemachoi (Let Us Dance, Praise The Lord)" is another highlight in a CD packed with exuberant joy and rejoicing.
