This is the lead single of the new album 'Soulelectric' from Nigerian-born, South London-based band Four Kornerz, who are currently making waves in the UK underground dance scene and have long been favourites on the festival circuit. The album version of this song is an urban groove in a funk soul fusion with a street beat featuring rap artist Jahaziel who does well to match the fervor of these four brothers. The lyrics also caught my attention: "I'm an African man black and proud, I'm golden brown, my nose is round." This song is an exhortation especially to black youth to continue to chase after their dreams. This CD also contains four exciting and energetic remixes of the track - including garage and house. And if this wasn't enough there is the more relaxed "More Than Life" as a bonus track.
