New Generation Church worshippers Jon Rouse (vocals), and James Johnston (guitars) have put together a six-track debut CD, birthed from the WorX youth and student zone of their church. Produced by Caroline Bonnett, who adds some super keyboards, this is no average debut offering. These guys and their original songs have quality written through them and the 24-minute CD EP is, I'm sure, a taster for even better things to come. Track four is also featured on a '24-7 Prayer CD', which is being distributed worldwide. So infectious is love With Jesus' that before I could say "perpetual prayer", I found myself singing along! If you want to sing along too watch out for them in this summer's festival line ups.
