Helen smiles nicely on the cover, Helen grooves, Helen sings praises, Helen has talent, Helen has five songs on her second solo CD. Helen is inspired by another Helen, Helen Baylor, which is a coincidence because so am I. But our Helen, that is, the Helen I am talking about here, is younger than the second Helen and has a humble (some may say shy) demeanour. In other words, she's not like Helen of Troy (hey I'd better not bring anymore Helen's into this, or we're going to get really confused). It's probably the production but her alto voice lacks a certain ring of confidence or that little sparkle that zings from the incisors in the grin at the end of the Colgate ad. Maybe it could be added to Helen's smile on the front cover.
