Idle Cure return after a three year absence since their last excellent effort of hard edged AOR anthemic songs ('Inside Out') with more of the same on a new indie label. They've switched producers also from Bill Baumgart to White Hrt's Billy Smiley. They've added another guitarist to the band, Glen Pierce, who beefs up even more the riffs making it a slightly harder album, but anyone familiar with their previous four studio albums will NOT be disappointed in any way with this. They even feature THE top Christian session guitarist Dann Huff and White Heart drummer Jon Knox. To round it off they include top vocalists Bob Carlisle and Chris Rodriguez on BVs. Each song is extremely melodic rock in the style of White Heart/Allies/Petra. The album features two pleasant ballads in "Never Say Goodbye" and "Merciful Man". When reviewed in the States comments included "10 of the best songs they have ever produced." Idle Cure (along with White Heart) continue to set the standards of this style of rock in the Christian market. Buy and chant along, you won't be disappointed.
