Cross Rhythms has already toted this team, fronted by John Allen Garies (hence their name) as one of the best CCM bands in the States. This new set keeps up the standard. Fine AOR arrangements, lyrics which speak insight and truth into a fallen world. My current favourite is "1000 Words" ("Sometimes we're eager, we're walking in circles round and round/Try to say something about the injustice we have found/All this won't matter, if there's love in our hearts."). John's voice is wheezingly distinctive in the bluesy tradition of great Texas rock singers and this is an album you'll keep returning to
