12 new songs of praise for children recorded with British musicians. A modern feel, guitar-led in this case with crunchy sounds and variety of funky rhythms, runs throughout the recording, and this is well supported by some excellent sensitive tracks (most notably "Father I Love You"). The majority of imagery used in the lyrics sits easily with the intended audience (the most serious exception are the lines, "All I have I give to you and now I am complete" from "Jesus How I Love You") and there is sufficient use of the children's choir for them to constitute an integral element in the recording. All the tracks come with an accompanying instrumental version and melody lines and guitar chords may be accessed on the Kingsway Music website. A good effort that will be a valuable resource for many churches.
