I am very impressed with this debut album from such a fresh faced Nashville based songstress. This album is a collection of inspiring songs ranging from cheerful to hauntingly poignant and given a listen they will definitely grow on you. Lara's enchanting voice belts out some moving music with some meaningful and honest lyrics. Sometimes she sings softly other times soars soulfully with plenty of passion. Either way she always communicates deep emotions. Lyrically, there are cheerful songs about the grace of God and also compositions that explore trusting in the midst of doubt. She obviously works through her thoughts questioning, seeking and reaching out to God. Lara is an artist who is well worth keeping an eye on.

Product Description
The debut album from female singer-songwriter Lara Landon showcases her meaningful and moving songs.

In a music climate that puts so much focus and the surface, hoping to hold an audience's attention before it moves on to the next thing, there is often little substance to keep a listener satisfied. But for those who are still looking for more, there is Lara Landon - whose debut album, Beloved, brings one word to mind: Depth.

I have this cd and Lara is one of my favorite artists. Her lyrics are so honest and deep (something rare these days) and her voice is enchanting. I gives this album 2 thumbs up!

We saw Lara at the Packinghouse in Redlands Ca. As the pastor said it was an "OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE." We needed someone like Lara to come along to bring us to that deep place in God. Yes, her music is deeply moving, emotional, heart felt and it echoes in your spirit long after you hear it. Thanks Lara.
