On the strength of this 4-song cassette, One Good Eye could be one of the hits of the Christian Festival fringes this year for they possess an eerie, enveloping indie rock sound. Mark Russell's vocals occasionally get a tad strained and the recording (porta studio lads?) loses the kit on occasions. But there's so much passion here where the talent wins through. A band to watch out for.
