Chicago-based Paul has spread a web of Messianic worship worldwide. As well as five solo albums - three of them recorded in Israel like this one - he has also released seven projects in Spanish and Portuguese! 'Desert Rain' invites you participate in a worship experience featuring over 5000 worshippers, recorded during the Feast Of Tabernacles at the annual celebration, presented by the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem. The first thing that strikes you as the record opens with the lively "Zealous Over Zion" is the sheer quality of the production and the first class musicianship. The pace slows down a little by the beautiful fourth track "Hallelu El Adonai" and there are some superb guest vocalists such as Ana Paula Bessa on "You Are" and Sharon Wilbur on the more western sounding "I Will Never Leave You".
