Reviewed by Christian Cunningham The long-awaited EP has arrived, and it's chock full of frantic, sweaty punk rock! Kicking off with German trio Preacher, their four songs are all short stabs of barely contained shouting, staccato guitars and very fast drumming careering along, with some nice hints of melody thrown in for good measure. Crimson Fight, hailing from Northern Ireland, are a little more "organised", with some interesting ideas and good dynamics added to the mix. Their two tracks are a little more thrashy than the other two bands on this offering, and "Slamthree" has an excellent breakdown with much appreciated shout-along backing vocals for the live shows. Dragged Out, of Scotland, complete the EP with four tracks, one managing to clock in at under four seconds! Their brand of punk is much more classic feeling, "In All Circumstances" being a great example of their sound, and manages to hang on to life for almost 38 seconds. I must make mention of "Ninety-One", a track consisting of some of the fastest punk-shout vocals I have ever heard. For all you Christian punks out there, this will be a little slice of Heaven.
