This four-track single focuses on the fact that it's two thousand years since the birth of Christ and God's Kingdom is still to return. The title track is a prayer of dedication to God, Woody Guthrie's classic "Jesus Christ", the apparently 2000 year old "River Of Gems" and a further version of "2000 Years" make up the package. This band is the musical basis of a couple of Bristol churches as well as a gigging folk band. Musically it's okay, if a bit wobbly in places, but then again, this music is really best heard live.
