Ron Kenoly's son Bingo releases hip-hop album.

IN WHAT IS described as "a blatant brand of rap, hip-hop and old school soul rhythms" Bingo Kenoly has released an album 'H.O.G. Life'. The rapper, the son of famed worship leader Ron Kenoly, explains that H.O.G. is an acronym for "Hooked On God". Bingo has previously recorded with his brother Sam as The Kenoly Brothers.

I don't really think this album is all people made it to be!..don't get me wrong I love bingos music and I don't question his talent that's why I think he can do soooo much better I have seen him perform at the lounge in Orlando and I'm glad to see he's going back to what he does best!...singing!!..I mean he can rap to but his strongest talent is singing!!...and I have heard some people say that they think he's wrong for going more mainstream with his music and I say to this people...music is music and just b/c a song doesn't talk about Jesus doesn't make it bad I dunno I just think people who think like that are putting themselves in a box...but whatever Bingo if you ever read this...keep doing what you doin and I pray that the next project that comes out gets all the success that you deserve and shows off your TRUE talents!....

When I first saw this CD in the library, I must admit I wondered what I was getting into- it looks like a stereotypical “thug” album, except it was in the Christian section. So I gave it a try, and loved it. I'm wondering why this album hasn't gotten more attention- this guy is just as good as any rapper/hip hop artist. But maybe that's the problem! People stereotype, just like me- the mainstream public sees the Christian label and stay away, while Christian people see the hip-hop genre and look and stay away. Both miss out! Fav. song= "Why"

*I've been a friend of Bingo's for a while now and from what i can see there aren't too many people in this world with the type of dedication that he has, for his music, his fans BUT ABOVE ALL ELSE, his family,he makes sure that no matter what is going on in his life, his family is alwayz taken care of,it's a priveledge to know him and to have the opportunity to watch him perform because he does it with such love and emotion that you know IT'S REAL,HE'S REAL,he deserves all the good that goes on in his life,he also values all the bad that's gone on in it too.Love you hope to c u soon!!!!

Bingo, CD are a joy and a pleasure to listen to. I love how he doesn't mind sharing he thoughts and showing his love for God. I know this young man personally and he is real. I just enjoy being in his company and I hope to see him perform again and to listen to more CDs that he put out in the future.

Does any have information on an updated website for Bingo?
I'm trying to get some of their previous albums. We need alternatives to the secular flava.

i have been a fan of the Kenoly Brothers ever since they performed with there father at my church many years ago. Bingo has a unique style and much like the crossmovements da truth, he applies a side of life that many fail to think about, in his music, that is the person who grew up with saved parents, yet still get caught up. But who realize that and return to the lord. I just got his cd a few days ago and I am luvin it!!!!!!

I'm a member of New Birth Baptist Church in Miami, florida. December 31,2005 during watch night service, Bingo was the guest performer. He performed about six or seven songs for the congregation and I fell in love with the message he was sending. From the begining his songs caught my attention and kept it the entire time! After service I was the first person to buy the CD and I'm glad I did because I haven't stopped listening to it! It's my favorite CD and it truely touched my heart. I love every song!!!
