Sixpence None The Richer cross over to mainstream

INDIE POP band Sixpence None The Richer's debut single "Kiss Me" is stirring up crossover reaction in the US. The band's constant promotional activities have resulted in an increasing number of radio stations adding it to their playlists. In December the single hit the Billboard Top 100 and the video, filmed in Paris and directed by their label boss Steve Taylor, was featured on MTV and playlisted on VH1.

The band's label, Squint Entertainments, have also secured "Kiss Me" as a featured song in the upcoming Miramax movie She's All That. CR
