Ex-dc Talk man Toby Mac inks new deal with Forefront Records

WITH 'Portable Sounds' firmly established as Toby Mac's best-selling solo project, EMI CMG's Forefront Records have announced they have signed a new multi-album recording deal with the singer and rapper. Said Toby Mac, "Having signed my first recording contract with Forefront, I have had the privilege to see and experience the leadership and vision of Bill Hearn, Peter York and the rest of the team at EMI CMG. There was never any doubt of where I wanted to sign my new record deal. I am looking forward to partnering with them as we continue to strive for excellence".

Forefront will release the 'Portable Sounds Deluxe Edition' in the US on 23rd October. A bonus DVD will be packed with the 'Portable Sounds' CD which will feature all five Toby Mac music videos, "Boomin'", "Gone", "Irene", "Get This Party Started" and "Extreme Days". There will also be behind the scenes footage from the making of "Boomin'", band interviews, etc.
