If Volume 1's incompleteness makes it of exceedingly limited value Volume 2 is positively woeful. On the plus side it should be noted that the listing contains a track-by-track listing and even a mini-review ("catchy hook" "Luv Is A Verb"; "flowing" "Jesus Is Just Alright"; "ordinary" "I Don't Want It") but the list of albums analysed (approx 400) is way, way too few considering the fact that there are 30,000 to 50,000 Christian music releases in existence! Undoubtedly Mr Preston has spent years compiling these guides. But sadly the results are overpriced and simply don't do the job as serious reference works.
