This intimate live recording was performed at the University of London Union (ULU) back in November 2004 and features old favourites and a foretaste of songs from the subsequent studio album to come. It is a double disc set with the main performance on disc one and on disc two a five-track acoustic set and interviews with each band member talking about life for Iona over the past few years, showing family photos and sharing about the solo projects they have been embarking on. The whole concert is musically stunning, great instrumentation and arrangements with Joanne Hogg's exquisite haunting vocals adding to the atmosphere set off by the superb lighting.
