A box set repackage of two CDs, 2002's 'Real' and 'New Season: Live' together with the DVD of 'Live From Another Level' (2004). There are plenty of people out there who consider Israel Houghton and his vocal/instrumental ensemble New Breed one of the most exciting things in gospel though more than one critic has suggested that many of Israel's compositions are rather dull and reflect too many of the clichés of African American gospel rather than taking the music into a more creative direction. Whatever your feeling about the gospel hitmaker, no one could argue with his ability to engender a worshipful response from the huge congregations which gather before him. So, if you don't have the original albums/DVD this cheap and cheerful box set is a useful way of rectifying the matter.
