Subtle it ain't. The gang launch straight into the title track with all guns blazing and Mr Kee roaring out his message. The next song, "I Shall Do" gives the steel a coating of silk with a lavish arrangement and rich instrumentation. The dynamite bubbles just beneath the surface though and eventually as on most tracks, the steam build-up eventually lifts the lid right off. "God Has Been So Good" is one of those gut-bustin' eruptions with total, almost painful intensity. This particular group excels in everything that's so wonderful about today's black gospel music. Nothing unusual as such in what they do but they perform with a style and attack bordering on vicious. You'll need a high energy level just to listen.
