I don't know why this album has come out but I'm glad it has. Here is another chance to hear the blue-eyed soulman from San Jose who sounds so like Stevie Wonder they must be brothers, even if Jon is white. At first I thought it was just Frontline Records trying to cash in on Jon's talent as reported in CR28. (It isn't? Ed) But whatever prompted this compilation, it's a beautiful listening experience. My fave track is "God Will Find You". To my ears it sounds like honey, sweet nectar to the soul. The album just keeps on getting better on each play. All the songs come from Jon's previous albums, but who cares with so many gems here I'm not bothered. The only thing I didn't like was the naff cover. But you can't have it all.
