This is the album (one CD, two cassettes) of the worship songbook, a new venture for Britain's veteran 'Christian musical' maestro Roger Jones. Straddling as it does several musical traditions it had a touch of the contemporary without being in any way alienating to the average denominational church. I could have done with a bit of information as to who was actually singing but David Anfield has assembled a pleasant on the ear choir while several of the songs, like the invitational "Come See The Beauty Of The King" (the only number taken from one of Roger's musicals) and the delightful melodic "Bless The Lord" could be introduced to any fellowship, charismatic or traditional.
