Worship leader Darlene Zschech launches ministry to mobilise world Church to aid Rwanda.

AUSTRALIA's internationally acclaimed worship leader and songwriter Darlene Zschech and her husband Mark have launched Hope Rwanda: 100 Days of Hope, a project which "will unite the worldwide Church for 100 days in 2006 to bring the God answer to the people of Rwanda." Hope Rwanda will run from 7th April to 15th July when hundreds of Christians from around the world will fly to Rwanda to coordinate evangelistic outreaches and organise leadership training, worship seminars, business seminars, outreaches and building, medical and educational projects. A number of music ministries will take part in Hope Rwanda including Third Day, Planetshakers, Hillsong United and Delirious?.

Hope Rwanda plans to give a focus to a nation which has suffered so much since the genocide of 1994 when over one million people died. Darlene Zschech said, "We are excited about God's heart for this nation. We sense the call of Heaven to host Hope Rwanda and are confident that as we gather the strength of the global Church to serve this great nation in need, we will see it changed at its core forever."
