What do Graham Kendrick and the Simpsons have in common? Themed collections. Simpsons videos and now Kendrick CDs. Easter, Christmas and Prayer Song collections also feature in this series. Tracks are restricted to the 1990s, so "Say It Loud" is here but "Let God Arise" isn t. Inspiration seems limited to Psalms of joy and comfort - no imprecatory Psalms or Psalms of Lament here. Is there no place in worship for expressing our pain to God? Nevertheless, his lyrics tower theologically above most. The recordings are all tracks taken from various studio and live albums Graham released in the '90s through Kingsway and MakeWay Music. So you know what to expect - shame there are no details.
