No less than 31 action-filled songs on Volume 1 all based on the Book of Proverbs to ensure lyrics full of trusted advice for today's tinies. Vocals are by Nashville's the Kid Connection and a lively bunch of junior warblers they turn out to be. Difficult to find anything different to report on, but be warned this is typical US children's product, so there's oceans of sickly sweetness, it's all so cute you could... well, you know. Some songs are singable enough, but sorry to say that what we have here is about as predictable and 'samey' as it could be. Sorry, kids, not your fault.

Someone please bring this album back in CD format with downloadable words. This is one of the best tools for teaching proverbs. . .even for an adult Sunday School Class!!!!

Yes, someone please make these available again! These songs are wonderful. I learned them over 20 years ago and I STILL sing them!

I must disagree. I have used this for years with children's groups, and they absolutely LOVE the songs. We don't use all of them, but some like "Be Nice", "F-R-I-E-N-D," AND "Shhh!" are fun to sing and teach valuable life lessons. My tape got damaged and I have searched and searched for a replacement to no avail.

We love the songs and music from Vol. 1! Our old cassette is also stretched out and worn from listening so often to it! We would love to purchase both Vol 1 and Vol 2 on CD!

Did you ever track these tapes down? If you did, please help me to get a copy too. I used them when living in the Cook Islands, and wore them out. We used them for musicals. Thanks, Del

I loved both of these and used them over and over in my Sunday School classes. They are simple and fun object lessons. I would love to find both of these.

We bought this tape to use with our children's choir. It was supposed to be split track but it isn't. Does anyone know or have the split track version? We need it for our spring 2007 production.

I actually would love to find a way to get a copy of either cd - especially proverbs. My Church made a play out of it when I was in junior high and I would love to re-do the play for my church! (I am now graduating from law school).
If anyone knows how I could get a copy of the tape, that would be awesome! Thanks

Are you looking for Volume 1 0r 2 (Proverbs or Psalms). They are both great and I wish they would re-release them on CD.

I used to have this tape and number two as well. I loved them and now wish I still had them for my class. I cant find the tapes anywhere though... Anybody know where I can get a copy.

I must disagree! I have used this tape for years with my K-2 class in a Christian School. The kids love these songs! It's a great way to teach them about wisdom and friendship and other values. Their all-time favorite is Sh-h-h which says, "If you can't say something nice, then put your lips together and Sh-h-h." My tape has now stretched out and I regret not having made a copy. I would love to replace it if I could.

I'm just curious, but is that school you were talking about K.A.S? Across the street from the church?
