The band claim this is their hardest, most experimental but also their most melodic CD so far. It is certainly a mixture. After line-up changes and a feeling that the band is beginning to really mature, they appear to have now found "their sound", the originality of which becomes apparent as one explores this offering. Kutless are able to go from all out metal riffage on tracks like "The Disease & The Cure" to actually singing a worship song as the next track ("Complete") and yet it still remains cohesive! It makes pigeonholing this album in a particular genre quite difficult. Some of the songs on offer really are fabulous, with huge sing-along choruses (listen to "The Rescue") and all-out rock stompage. Reminiscent of Pillar at times, Kutless have crafted a great collection of tracks that will please their fans and doubtless garner many new ones.
